One of Hunter Biden’s business partners, Rob Walker, has dropped a dime3 on Joe and Hunter Biden. Unlike the Clintons and the Obamas, no one is willing to fall on their sword for Dementia Joe. Walker told the House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer that the Chinese sent three million do0llars to the Bidens shortly after Joe left office. He described it as a thank you gift. However, the payment was for work they had done during Joe’s last year in office.
Walker, a key figure in the Biden family’s Chinese and Romanian business dealings, testified before Congress Friday. He laid out the connections between the Bidens and the CEFC, Chinese energy company and Hunter Biden business associate Gabriel Popoviciu who won his year long extradition case against England.

The United Kingdom’s Supreme Court discharged Popoviciu’s extradition request after a six-year litigation battle beginning in 2017 when Popoviciu fled his home country to reside in the UK, according to the EU Reporter. His case is also set to be relitigated in Romania after the nation’s high court suspended his seven-year jail sentence in June.
The victory follows Popoviciu’s June 2021 victory in London’s high court resulting in the suspension of his extradition back to Romania. London’s high court alleged the Romanian judge who convicted Popoviciu was involved in corrupt activities that were not investigated as part of the case, court documents show.
Popoviciu was convicted by Romanian anti-corruption authorities in 2016 for corruption related to a land use development project in Bucharest, according to the New York Times. The outlet filed a lawsuit against the State Department in January 2022 to obtain records of correspondence between U.S. officials in Romania related to Hunter Biden and his business associates.
He allegedly paid Hunter Biden and his business associates $3 million from 2015-17 through holding company Bladon Enterprises, a Cyprus-based LLC he used to conduct business, bank records released in May by the House Oversight Committee confirm. The payments were apparently sent to Hunter Biden’s business associate Rob Walker’s LLC and he allegedly wired more than $1 million to Biden family accounts, House Oversight discovered. Joe Biden served as vice president when 16 of Popoviciu’s 17 payments to Walker were wired to Robinson Walker LLC.

Comer revealed:
“Today’s interview confirmed Hunter Biden and his associates’ work with the Chinese government-linked energy company began over a year before Joe Biden left the vice presidency, but the Bidens and their associates held off being paid by the Chinese while Joe Biden was in office.”
“The Chinese company paid Hunter Biden and his associates $3 million shortly after Joe Biden left office as a ‘thank you’ for the work they did while Joe Biden was in office. Members of the Biden family received payments from the Chinese deal even though they did not work on it.”
State Energy HK, a CEFC account, wired Walker roughly $3 million in March 2017 shortly after Joe Biden’s vice presidency concluded, according to bank records and Hunter Biden’s federal tax indictment in California. Walker wired approximately $1 million of the funds to Biden family accounts and $1 million to a firm tied to business associate James Gilliar.
“Additionally, as Joe Biden was leading anti-corruption efforts in Romania, Hunter Biden and Rob Walker began an ill-defined business relationship with Romanian businessman Gabriel Popoviciu,” Comer stated.
“Mr. Walker also confirmed that he and Hunter Biden received payments from Popoviciu beginning in 2015 that continued throughout the rest of Joe Biden’s vice presidency. In exchange for lucrative payments, Hunter Biden traveled to Romania and engaged with the U.S. Ambassador to Romania to discuss Mr. Popoviciu’s foreign legal case,” Comer added.
Popoviciu’s Cyprus-based LLC wired Walker roughly $3 million over numerous payments from November 2015 to May 2017, bank records and the indictment show. Biden family accounts hauled in $1 million of the payments from Popoviciu.
